4 oz. blocks are good for a 100 cu. ft. grease trap for one month. 8 oz. blocks are used 1 per 200 cu. ft. For larger traps, use multiple blocks to spread microbial growth throughout entire grease trap. Blocks are sold in cases of 24 or 12 in each case.
