NuScent VFG
DESCRIPTION
Nuscent VFG is a blend of digestive enzymes including protease, amylase and lipase commonly used as a natural, biodegradable fruit and vegetable wash to remove pesticides and other residues before food preparation.
Nuscent VFG can be applied on an industrial scale at the farm or can be packaged and sold to retail customers desiring cleaner fruits and vegetables for their families. University testing proves that Nuscent VFG removes soils and chemicals attached to the exterior of fruits and produce. The product is highly concentrated and mixes readily with water before use.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
This powdered enzyme preparation included substantial levels of protease, amylase and lipase along with an environmentally friendly surfactant, plus stabilizers. Nuscent VFG is mixed prior to use (1-2% v/v) prior to rinsing fruits and vegetables during to preparation.
The formulation is composed of natural ingredients and leaves no taste or residue on the food after washing and rinsing. Nuscent VFG is active at a pH range of 5.5-9.0, with an optimal pH range of 6.0-8.0. Temperature range of activity varies between 400F and 800F while optimal activity is at common ambient temperatures.

HANDLING
Keep out of the reach of Children. Avoid prolonged skin exposure and handle concentrated product in a ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, dry place. Wash hands and mixing equipment thoroughly after use. Product should be rotated to use oldest material first.
