Product: A water dispersible blend of the extracts of Bacillus subtilis and Aspergillus niger which includes high concentrations of beta‐glucanase (gumase) and moderate levels of alpha‐amylase, hemi‐cellulase, pectinase and protease activities.
Identification: 1,3‐(1,3;1,4)‐beta‐D‐glucan 3(4)‐glucanohydrolase, I.U.B. No. 22.214.171.124 (according to the Recommendations of the Nomenclature Committee of the International Union of Biochemistry on the Nomenclature and Classification of Enzymes. Association of American Feed Control Officials, feed ingredient definition number 36.6.

Appearance: Light tan, free flowing granular powder, fermentation odor.
Precautions: See above (storage conditions), see material safety data sheet for general information concerning enzymes. Avoid use in extremely dusty environments; concentrate may cause allergic reactions in susceptible individuals. Many of these enzymes will survive processing at elevated temperature. Care should be taken to insure a minimum of steam is used and that temperatures used are no greater than necessary to accomplish the desired results. Presence of soluble calcium will help improve the temperature stability of this product.
