ABS FUNGAL LIPASE is a lipase enzyme product designed for a wide variety of sanitary and waste treatment applications where a liquid formulation is desired. This product has a wide pH spectrum of activity and does not require acidic pH adjustment for optimal activity.

USES	As a concentrated source of lipolytic hydrolase degrading enzymes for use in industrial applications, sanitary applications such as grease trap applications where enzymatic methods are preferred to chemical methods. Other applications include detergents, pre-spotters and industrial cleaning compounds.
ACTIVITY	10,000 Lipase Units per gram at pH 7.0 Methods of analysis are based on liberation of butyric acid from tributyrin at ph 7.0 @30ºC.
