AMLA-BAC 55000 is our highest concentration bacterial amylase preparation derived from Bacillus subtilis. Side activities present are hemi-cellulase, beta-glucanase and protease.

This rapid acting hydrolase is temperature stable and readily degrades a wide variety of starch containing substrates. AMLA-BAC 55000 is well suited for numerous industrial, sanitary and agricultural processes.

USES	AMLA-BAC 24000 is used in commercial starch modification, cleaning compounds, textile processing, pre-spotters and detergents, fermentation pretreatment and animal feed supplements. This product represents our most economical amylase product on a per unit basis.
